My thoughts:
I like this a lot. I have been using Dove Damage Therapy Intensive Repair Shampoo and Conditioner for about 2 years now. Its good, but its pricey ($5.00 depending on where you buy it). I also use the Masque ($6.00) and the Intensive Daily Treatment Conditioner ($5.00). That gets pricey, very quickly.

The only reason why I chose that particular Dove was because it says it is good for people who straighten their hair every day and blow dry it...it reduces breakage and split ends.

However, this Suave shampoo and conditioner is a moisturizing line. If the hair is moisturizes, especially your ends for us hair straightening fanatics, your hair is less likely to break off which means less split ends and therefore, means your hair will grow longer.

For under $2.00 a bottle, this works better than my Dove. My hair feels softer, shiner and silkier. I have less frizz than i did with Dove. I don't think I'm going to go back to Dove. And the best part, i don't have to use all the extra things (mask and daily treatment conditioner).
